And only in the minds of a small but vocal group of people was this village “broken”. What we have now is certainly NO improvement - a mayor who is flying by the seat of his pants,who ran on open government and who is way more secretive than the previous administration, a new counsel who obviously does not do her homework, and two Reoublican trustees who walk lock step with the mayor and who know just as little about what they are doing.
