Down by the River
Croton-on-Hudson residents woke to cold temperatures this morning of around 27 degrees with a gusty 25-30 mph Northwest wind, which made the air feel about 5 degrees colder.

Bearing the elements, Crotonblog went down to Elliott Way and Senasqua Park to videotape the Hudson River to see how its surroundings have changed with the Fall season.
Additionally, the National Weather Service has issued a Snow Advisory for overall accumulations of 2-4 inches.
