WCSC Gives Thumbs Up Vote for NIR Permit

The Westchester County Solid Waste Commission voted unanimously today (see “Stecich Prepares for WCSW Commission Decision on Regus Licensing”) to grant Northeast Interchange Railway (NIR) a Class A license to operate in Westchester County with the condition that a environmental monitor of the commission’s choice be accepted by NIR to monitor operations.
