June 13

12:01 PM: There was a report of a deer struck by a vehicle on Albany Road. Patrol responded to the scene and found an injured deer. Subsequently, police destroyed the animal and summoned Croton DPW to the scene to remove the animal.

12:34 PM: There was a report from an employee at Dom’s Friendly Service Station that someone left the station without paying for gas. The matter is under investigation.

5:32 PM: There was a report from the Ocean House Restaurant on North Riverside Avenue that sometime overnight a back door window was damaged. The matter is under investigation.

June 14

7:40 PM: There was a report from a resident of Observatory Drive about an oven fire. Patrol and Fire Department responded to the scene and found no fire but heavy smoke conditions inside the house. Subsequently, Fire Department helped to ventilate that premises.

June 15

5:24 PM: There was a report from a resident of Nordica Drive about trespassers on her property on route to the Croton River. Patrol responded to the area and ordered the individuals in question to leave the area.

7:00 PM: There was a report from a resident of Yorktown resident that while he was swimming in the Croton River, someone stole his property from the river bank. The matter is under investigation.

June 16

12:14 AM: There was a report of loud music at a party on Park Trail. Patrol responded to the scene and asked the homeowner to lower the volume without incident.

3:12 AM: There was another report of loud music and noise originating from the same residence on Nordica Drive. Patrol again responded to the scene and requested that the homeowner end the party for the night.

June 16

9:11 AM: There was a report from the Croton Exxon station that someone left the station without paying for gas. The matter is under investigation.

8:07 PM: There was a report from as resident of Cleveland Drive that someone threw eggs at his homes. Subsequently two windows were also broken in the attack. The matter is under investigation.

June 17

3:34 PM: There was a report from a resident of Hastings Avenue about an individual going door-to-door soliciting. Patrol responded to the scene and had the person in question cease until they had obtained a proper permit from the village as per village ordinance.

June 18

6:12 AM: There was a report from a resident of Arlington Avenue about hearing a large explosive sound. Patrol responded to the scene and noticed that as a possible result of the noise, power was out in the neighborhood. Subsequently, patrol summoned Con Edison the area to repair the problem.

9:01 AM: On patrol, police discovered that several individuals had started an open fire. Police asked the persons in the area to extinguish the fire.

June 19

7:38 AM: There was a report of an assault between two individual in the Croton Harmon train station parking lot. Patrol responded to the scene and commenced an investigation which is still underway.

9:20 AM: There was a report Croton rec. from Veterans Corners that sometime overnight someone had stole some flowers and knocked over some flower pots in the area. The matter is under investigation

9:43 AM: Croton recreation reported that sometime overnight someone had knocked over the port-o-san and sprayed some graffiti with paint. The matter is under investigation.
