July 31

6:04 PM: There was a report from a resident of Dobbs Ferry that while her was car parked in the Merwin Oaks parking lot behind Holy Name of Mary Church during the day, the trunk and passenger door of her car was “keyed”. The matter is under investigation.

August 1

5:00 PM: There was a report from a resident of Croton who reported that while she swimming in the Croton River her sandals were stolen from the shore. The matter is under investigation.

6:30 PM: There was a report from a resident that while she was in the process of moving out her apartment someone stole her dress from the curb area. The matter is under investigation.

August 3

7:54 PM: Patrol responded to a one-car automobile accident of Route 9 South near Senasqua Road. Upon further investigation, officers arrested a 41-year-old resident of Cortlandt for DWI. The woman, who was also injured, was taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital where she was later arrested by Croton-on-Hudson Police. She is due in Village Court on August 16, 2006 at 9:30 AM.

5:33 PM: Officer on patrol in the area of Nordica Drive found some personal property belonging to a resident of Croton who reported it stolen to police earlier. The officer returned the property to the woman and the matter is under investigation.

6:25 PM: There was a report of disorderly persons at Silver lake Park who refused to leave the area when asked by attendants. Patrol responded to the park and had the persons in question leave the area.

8:15 PM: Officer on patrol reported that within the past 24 to 48 hours someone had sprayed graffiti and left litter behind on the Brook Street-to-Croton Landing pedestrian bridge. Patrol notified Croton DPW who later cleaned the area. The matter is under investigation.

August 4

1:07 PM: There was a report from a resident of Croton, that while his unlocked car was parked at the Croton Harmon Train Station, someone stole his parking pass. The matter is under investigation.

1:39 PM: There was a report from a resident of Grand Street that during the previous night, while his car was parked in his driveway, his vehicle was “egged”. The matter is under investigation.

August 5

8:02 AM: There was a report from a resident of Ekloff Court that during the previous night, while his car was parked in his driveway, his vehicle was “egged”. The matter is under investigation.

1:03 PM: Park Ranger reported that sometime during the past few days, someone wrote graffiti on the porto-san at Duck Pond Park. The matter is under investigation.

4:30 PM: There was a complaint from a resident in the area of Radnor Avenue where a loud party was taking place. Patrol responded to the scene and asked the homeowner to lower the music.

5:40 PM: There was a complaint of numerous disorderly swimmers at Silver Lake Park. Park Ranger responded to the scene and asked the people to leave the area without further incident.

9:18 PM: There was a report from a resident of Benedict Boulevard that a sometime during the day someone removed mail from her mailbox. The matter is under investigation.

August 6

3:47 AM: Officer on patrol stopped two vehicles on Elliott Way near Croton Landing for vehicle and traffic violations. Upon further investigation, one of the passengers in the car become disorderly and was subsequently arrested for obstructing governmental administration. The man, a 22-year-old Peekskill resident, was brought to Police HQ where he was released after posting $100 bail and is due in Village Court August 16, 2006 at 9:30 AM.

3:08 PM: There was a complaint from Silver Lake Park about a group of non-residents using the facility. Patrol responded to the scene and asked them leave the area.

4:57 PM: There was a report from a resident of Mountain Trail that while here car was parked on Benedict Boulevard, someone stole some personal property from her car. The matter is under investigation.

August 7, 2006

10:49 AM: There was a report from a resident of Morningside Drive that sometime overnight, her car which was parked in front of her home, was “egged”. The matter is under investigation.
