For the 42nd year, the Artists of Northern Westchester is exhibiting at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in an show that was founded by local artist George Kelly (painting featured above). This ongoing event was one man’s vision, while instituted it so successfully, it has become a tradition handed down from generation to generation. Thus, the attention and respect it has garnered for local artists continues to help make the Croton-Ossining-Briarcliff-Peekskill area the vibrant arts community it is today.

Opening the show was gallery owner Cornelia Cotton, who gave an illustrated lecture about George Kelly’s life and work, at the Fellowship on Sunday, November 19, 2006. The exhibit continues daily from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for one week, from Sunday, November 19 through Sunday, November 26, 2006, including Thanksgiving. It will also be open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Croton is located at 2021 Albany Post Road, Croton-on-Hudson.
