Village Recycling Pick-up Shifted to Wednesday for Holiday
For the Thanksgiving holiday, Croton-on-Hudson village employees are off for both Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, November 23 & 24, 2006, while offices will be closed as well.
Therefore, there will be NO recycling collection on those days. Recyclables, both paper & commingled, will be collected on Wednesday, November 22nd, throughout the entire the Village. The Department of Public Works subsequently asks residents to have their recycling bins out at the curb by 7:00 AM for pick-up.
