1:30 PM: Officer on patrol arrested a 51-year-old male resident of Croton on a warrant for Criminal Contempt. The man was arraigned by the judge and later released after posting bail of. $1,500. He is due in Village Court on January 31, 2007 at 9:30 AM.

4:07 PM: There was a report from a resident of Radnor Avenue about a burglary at his residence. The matter is under investigation.

January 26

9:46 AM: Recreation reported that sometime overnight someone broke a lamp post in Dobbs Park on maple Street. The matter is under investigation.

January 28

5:15 PM: County Fire Control requested mutual aid for a fire in Montrose, New York.

10:02 PM: There was an alarm activation at the Grand Street Fire House. Patrol and Croton FD responded to the station and determined the alarm was activated by a heating system problem.

January 29

6:25 AM: There was a report from a resident of Bank Street that she was accosted by a neighbor’s dog that was loose in the area. Subsequently police issued a summons to the dog owner, also a resident of bank Street, for allowing their dog run at large. The dog owner is due in Village Court on February 14, 2007 at 9:30 AM.
