Croton's New Weather Station Online for Winter Storm Monitoring
February 13, 2007As Crotonblog reported on Saturday, February 10, 2007, in an article called, “Croton Installs Web-accessible Weather Monitoring Station at Train Parking Lot,” and with 2007’s first winter snow storm (forecast) on the way, we remind residents that they can now can get access to live weather data from Croton’s monitoring station by viewing the real-time weather dashboard found here.

We can thank the long term planning by Ken Kraft and the Public Works staff and by Dan O’Connor and the Village Engineer’s staff to get this weather station setup and online. It’s been a 3 year process and is paying off now.
