April 4

3:24 PM: There was a report from the Croton Recreation Department that graffiti was recently applied on its storage building at Black Rock Park.

April 5

8:45 AM: Patrol responded to a complaint at the Croton Harmon train station parking lot where two people were placing fliers on car windshields. After their subsequent arrival on the scene, police advised the persons in question to remove the fliers, which they did.

April 6

3:24 AM: There was a report from a resident of Bari Manor about damages to his car while it was parked in the complex lot.

April 7

12:31 AM: There was a report from a motorist at the Croton Exxon station that she had locked herself out of her car while the motor was running. Patrol responded to the scene and assisted in gaining access to the vehicle.

1:40 AM: Croton Police were called to assist the MTA Police in questioning to youths who were walking along the train tracks in the CSX west yard.

5:03 PM: Patrol responded to Silver Lake Park about a report of two youths who had started a fire in the area. Upon investigation, police only found only a few pieces of burned paper.

April 8

9:50 PM: New Rochelle Police requested assistance from Croton Police regarding a disturbance at New Roc City.

7:38 AM: There was a report of construction noise from a resident in the area of Old Post Road and Prospect Place. Patrol responded to the area and asked the party causing the noise to stop until 8:00 AM as per village ordinance.

9:58 AM: There was a report that a real estate sign had been stolen from in front of a residence on Church Street. The matter is under investigation.

11:26 AM: A custodian from Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School reported that someone had recently “keyed” the paint on a school district pick up truck that was parked in the lot. The matter is under investigation.
