Jeff Thornton Shows Paintings at Rutheny's Gallery Opening Today
June 9, 2007Croton painter Jeff Thornton will display his most recent paintings and pastels at the Rutheny’s Brook Street Gallery here in Croton, from June 9 through July 12, 2007.
Mostly a landscape painter for the past 25 years, Thornton branches out in this show to include floral still lifes and a Manhattan cityscape as well as local landscapes of places Crotonites will surely recognize. The artist reception will be held June 16th at 7:00 PM.

Just a quick note: I’ve had several people who weren’t able to attend the show ask me if I took any pictures at the Brook Street Gallery. I did take some and I finally have them online. The show can be seen on my website — Jeff Thornton at Rutheny’s Brook Street Gallery.
