October 9

8:59 AM: There was a report from a resident of Palmer Avenue that sometime overnight someone damaged the windshield wipers on he parked car. The matter is under investigation.

October 10

12:45 PM: There was a report from a resident of Wood Road that sometime overnight someone stole his garbage can from inside his home. The matter is under investigation.

2:35 PM: An employee from Rutheny’s Brook Street Gallery on Brook Street reported that sometime overnight a burglary occurred resulting in the theft of some money. The matter is under investigation.

October 12

12:45 AM: Officer on patrol charged a 36-year-old male resident of Port Chester with DWI after his vehicle was pulled over on Albany Post Road. The man was taken to police HQ, where he was later released on $240.00 bail pending an upcoming appearance in village court.

9:58 PM: There was a report from a resident of Park Avenue about a person trespassing in his back yard. Patrol responded to the scene but was unable to located the person in question.

October 13

12:52 AM: Officer on patrol charged a 42-year-old female resident of Croton-on-Hudson with DWI after her vehicle was pulled over on Brook Street. The woman was taken to police HQ, where he was later released on $100.00 bail pending an upcoming appearance in village court.

6:04 AM: An employee from J&J’s Sandwich Shop on Albany Post Road reported that sometime overnight a burglary occurred resulting in the theft of some money. The matter is under investigation.

10:52 AM: An employee from Lifestyles by Lisa on North Riverside Avenue reported that sometime overnight a burglary occurred resulting in the theft of some money. The matter is under investigation.

1:36 PM: An employee from The Ocean House restaurant on North Riverside Avenue reported that sometime overnight a burglary occurred resulting in the theft of some money. The matter is under investigation.

11:03 PM: MTA Police summoned Croton Police to the Croton Harmon train station to assist them with a disorderly persons on an inbound train.

October 15

6:11 AM: Croton Police and EMS were summoned to the scene of an accident on Albany Post Road where there was a report of a Beeline bus stopped suddenly to avoid hitting a deer. As a result, a passenger on the bus required medical attention after hitting his head and was subsequently transported by ambulance to the hospital.

5:51 PM: There was a report from a resident of Old Post Road North that on October 6, 2007, while his daughter was walking in the area, a man in a white pickup truck stopped and asked her if she wanted a ride. When the girl reportedly told the man that she would call police on her cell phone, he fled the scene.
