February 19

1:50 PM: There was a report from an en employee at Croton Country Gardens on Albany Post Road that a passing vehicle had hit and subsequently damaged their split-rail fence. The matter is under investigation.

4:28 PM: There was a report from an employee at Hudson View Automotive that a passing vehicle had sideswiped a parked car in their lot. The vehicle, a grey Chevrolet van, fled the scene while the matter is under investigation.

February 20

3:37 PM: Croton firefighters responded to a report of smoke in a residence on Cleveland Drive. Shortly after arrival, responders determined that the cause of the smoke was from a malfunctioning oil burner.

4:30 PM: There was a report from a resident of Old Post Road North that approximately $400.00 worth of auto parts was stolen from his car while it was parked in his driveway. The matter is under investigation.

6:30 PM: There was a report from a woman residing on Franklin Avenue about an unidentified man who was walking on her roof. Patrol responded to the scene but was unable to locate the man, described as wearing dark pants and a dark coat weighing approximately 150 pounds. The matter is under investigation.

9:24 PM: There was a report from a resident of Ossining that while his car was parked in section J at the Croton Harmon train station, his car was damaged. The matter is under investigation.

February 21

3:10 AM: Officer on patrol pulled over a vehicle being driven by a 17-year-old male resident of Croton on Brook Street. Upon investigation, officer charged the driver with driving with a junior license after 9:00 PM. Additionally, the passenger in the car, a 17-year-old male resident of Peekskill, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Both individuals were taken into custody and later released pending an upcoming appearance in village court.

February 22

2:25 PM: There was a report from a passer-by about an unattended vehicle parked on Amber Drive. Patrol responded to the scene and determined that the vehicle was recently reported as being stolen from the New York City area. Subsequently, police notified NYPD who later retrieved the car.

February 23

7:35 PM: There was a report from a passer-by in the Van Wyck shopping center of a male inside a car who was exposing himself. Patrol responded to the scene and observed a 49-year-old female resident of Rochester, New York engaged in oral sex with a 17-year-old male resident of Croton. Both individuals were charged with public lewdness and later released on their own recognizance pending an upcoming appearance in village court while the matter remains under investigation.

February 24

5:03 AM: There was a report of a dispute in progress at a residence on Brook Street. Patrol responded to the scene and subsequently charged a 32-year-old male resident of Bronx, New York with third-degree Assault, a misdemeanor and second-degree Harassment, a violation against a 48-year-old female resident of Croton. The man was taken into custody, brought to Police HQ where he was arraigned on said charges, then remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of posting $2,000.00 bail pending an upcoming appearance in village court.

9:27 AM: There was a report from a resident of Teatown Road that his 14-year-old son had not returned home from the night before. Patrol subsequently located the youth at a residence on Brook Street and transported him home.

February 25

9:24 AM: Officer on patrol pulled over a vehicle traveling on Route 9 South for vehicle and traffic violations. Upon investigation, officer charged the driver, a 31-year-old female resident of Lake Peekskill with driving with a suspended license and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. The woman was taken into custody, later released after posting $200.00 bail pending an upcoming appearance in village court.
