Scott Vaccaro of Captain Lawrence Brewery in Pleasantville, will be serving up two of his most popular brews at the upcoming Under the Stars Dinner, Dance, and Auction, on May 10th at the Senasqua Lodge in Croton Point Park. Captain Lawrence Brewery opened its doors in January 2006 in Pleasantville, NY and they have been supporting the community ever since. Scott Vaccaro, owner and brewer, said, “I will be serving our Freshchester Pale Ale and our Liquid Gold. I am looking forward to meeting all the wonderful people that will be supporting the Croton-Harmon schools at Under the Stars.” If you want to sample Captain Lawrence Beers before Under the Stars, please visit their website for tasting room and sales office hours.
Scott is not the only local serving at UTS. Evan Lobel, of Lobel’s of New York, will be serving up his delectable beef. Croton locals, Jeff and Fran Kadish of Main Street Restaurant Partners, owners of Django, Calle Ocho, and Rain, will be at UTS. And, Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Neil Ferguson of Monteverde, will be sharing wonderful locally grown food. Here is a chance to really enjoy a wonderful evening of food, wine, and beer.
Westchester’s hottest DJ, Curt Love, from the Curtis Winchester Band, will be providing music for the evening. Put on your dancing shoes and come out and dance in support of the Croton-Harmon schools.
