The Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at West Point has undertaken a project to look into the feasibility of removing the old railroad ties that are in the mud flats at Croton Bay. A blackhawk helicopter
will be flying flew over Croton Bay tomorrow today in order to take aerial photographs of the railroad ties.
