Croton Blog: Make Some Healthy Strides at Upcoming River Walk Challenge

Facing to the northwest across the Hudson River from Half Moon Bay

The office of Westchester County Executive Andrew Spano has issued county residents and Crotonites alike a challenge: participate in the “Community Health Challenge” program. Locally, having been dubbed the “River Walk Challenge,” Croton will hold its outdoor event on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at 1:00 PM. Residents and friends are invited to join village officials, staff and committee members at the Half Moon Bay Marina parking area for the start of the a two-mile walk.
